Nong Yao restaurant specialises in Thai, Laotian, Burmese and Western cuisine. Fresh herbs, fruit and vegetables are picked from the camp’s organic garden, ensuring dishes like the signature Thai beef salad comprise only the most natural and wholesome ingredients.
