Resort Overview

Resort Overview

Beautifully located between vibrant tropical foliage and a shimmering mangrove lagoon, the emerald peaks of Bambous Mountain dominating the horizon: Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita offers an immersive tropical escape.

The resort is composed of 136 beautiful island villas; each outfitted with refreshing plunge pools, private, basalt-walled tropical gardens and gorgeous jungle showers. Designed with indoor-outdoor living in mind, the airy villas’ large windows and landscaped terraces give way to sweeping views of the garden, mangrove, ocean or pristine beaches. For larger groups and multi-generational families, the spacious and Private Residences are ideal. Garden Pool Villas, Mangrove Pool Villas and Private Residences are all located on the main island, while dotted amongst the banyan-tree forest of Ile aux Chats lie the Ocean and Beach villas.

Four sensational restaurants await at the Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita, carefully presided over by Michelin Star-winning executive chef Nicolas Vienne. In the stunningly sophisticated poolside restaurant Beau Champ, fresh Mauritian ingredients are deliciously incorporated into classic French fare. Aquapazza serves contemporary Italian dishes, expertly paired with vintages from the resort’s extensive wine collection. The laid-back, open-air Bambou offers late lunches, themed dinners and Pan-Asian and Mauritian cuisine. As the glowing sun sets over the glistening lagoon, head to O-Bar for fresh cocktails and fine cigars.

Inside the luscious, flower-filled mangrove, set on wooden pillars above the lagoon: the Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita Spa is a delight to behold. Enjoy a signature Ayurvedic Indian Bliss massage in one of the luxurious overwater treatment pavilions, or meditate in the flourishing outdoor relaxation area. Guests can also relax by one of the four stunning pools on the island, or take a complimentary boat shuttle to the exclusive beach at Ile aux Cerfs. Once rested, snorkelling between mangrove trees, daily cooking classes, beachfront yoga and sensational dive sites offer a welcome diversion. Golfers are spoilt for choice, with complimentary green fees at two breathtaking, world-class golf courses: Anahita Golf Club, designed by Ernie Els and Ile aux Cerfs Gold Club, Bernhard Langer’s signature course.

The Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita Spa is a wonderful choice for both families and honeymooners. The Kids For All Seasons will delight younger guests, with its enchanting Hobbit Village Kids Club complete with an amphitheatre, bakery, playroom and swimming pool. From ages 10 to 18, the Karokan Young Adults centre offers a fantastic program of DJ lessons, snorkelling trips, sports and watersports classes. For honeymooners, the romantic Sanctuary Beach Pool Villa is sublime. Enjoy romantic beach picnics by candlelight, fresh cooking classes in the island garden, or try the luxurious After Eight Spa and Gourmet experience.
