Four Seasons Explorer offers guests a truly unique Maldivian experience. The luxury 39-metre three-deck catamaran holds a maximum of 22 guests who will embark upon a marine and cultural odyssey into the Maldives. The luxury liveaboard visits isolated reefs and virgin dive-sites, uninhabited beaches and secluded village communities as it cruises between the Four Seasons properties at Kuda Huraa, a private island paradise of lush tropical gardens and remarkable surf, and Landaa Giraavaru, a pristine hideaway in the Baa Atoll UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve.
Ten spacious State Rooms and the palatial Explorer Suite are all beautifully appointed. The Explorer Suite is sophisticated and sleek, with cool muted fabrics. In State Rooms, interiors showcase Indian fabrics in calming tones and contemporary teak furnishings. All cabins are air-conditioned, with an ensuite bathroom that features a bathtub or a shower.
Meals are all included onboard; diverse daily-changing menus present themed dishes with gourmet flourishes from Europe, America and Asia. For a more adventurous dinner, staff will be happy to arrange a Robinson Crusoe style barbeque on a remote, white-sand beach.
There are three planned dives per day in a wide variety of secluded areas. Discover wrecks and coral overhangs, and swim among the vibrant underwater life. The onboard crew includes a marine biologist, dive guide, spa therapist and an underwater videographer. Guests can also embark on week-long manta ray research cruises aboard Four Seasons Explorer, lead by the Manta Trust. For the ultimate adventure, charter the boat privately for three or more nights and customise every aspect of your cruise.
Cruises sail between Four Seasons Landaa Giraavaru Maldives resort and its sister resort on the Male Atoll in the Indian Ocean.
